There are no specific requirements for the packing boxes.
As long as the items are properly packed using cardboards or other suitable packing materials, we can arrange the shipment for you.

• How should I pack my items for shipment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the customs duties and related fees in advance, as the applicable taxes, rates, and amounts are determined during the import customs clearance process after the shipment arrives in the destination country.

After the package has been shipped, our customs broker will contact the recipient regarding any applicable customs duties and related fees. Please kindly ask the recipient to confirm the details directly with the broker.
